The Shine Youth Clinic website
The challenge was to redesign Shine Youth Clinic’s website and make it a responsive site. The Shine Youth website is a site to help people get free health services, provide students the opportunity to gain volunteer hours along side volunteer professionals. I was given constraints and was told to add a ‘book an online appointment’ feature.
The new website is designed so that the most important audiences are addressed. This way they can find what they would most likely be looking for on the homepage or by using the navigation system that is now understandable to all users. This design involved creating a new sitemap in order for it to be easier for users to navigate. Some of the terms in the original site were confusing so they have been changed to more understandable ones.
